Since its incorporation by Tom Airlie in 2002 Cartwheel Consultancy Limited (CCL) has provided a variety of training and a range of consultancy services to the construction, utility and highway sectors and industry lead bodies. 

Recognising the shortage of qualified and experienced assessors/verifiers and inspirational trainers with specialist knowledge and flexibility, Tom's vision was to establish CCL and provide these services on a freelance basis to organisations and established training providers.  The ability to provide on-site training and assessment reduces the need for your travel (& associated costs) and ensures minimum disruption to your business and employees.
